For what I paid for I didn't get much. Wasn't impressed with the food. Coffee was out and coffee bar was very dirty

This restaurant is so great! Friendly and welcoming. My favorite drink is the Passion Papaya Green Tea and the bread bowl Mac&Cheese.

This is my favorite place in Ames, each time I want to relax or cheer up I ended up going there. I am a student and I love it that I can work from there. The fire place makes the atmosphere pretty cozy. The staff were always nice. I remember once I came there pretty late that they were about to close but they accept me to stay and have my food and edded up giving me some free cookies that was left from that day bakary. I went to other branches of banera bread but non of them were as clean and pretty as this one.

I got the Chicken and Chipotle Avocado Melt. It tastes pretty good usually when I get it, but the avocados were obviously brown and they didn’t try and hide it. Typically at places I’ve worked at if the food itself was turning brown, it would’ve been thrown out. So im surprised that this was severed. Additionally, the delivery ended up coming about 20-30 minutes later than its scheduled time which is very unusual and not convenient at all, especially for a college student with a strict time schedule.

Dietary restrictions: They have options for letting them know if you have allergies!

Last several visits had a long wait. Cashier told us there's a 40 minute wait, even for just soup.

The pickup times are never accurate. Add 10-15minutes onto whatever they estimate.

I ordered from the pick two menu, a chicken avocado melt and chicken noodle soup. The sandwich was great as normal but the chicken noodle soup was 95% broth. This is one of our favorite restaurants. First bad meal I have had there. I will give it another try.

Horrible delivery experience. I ordered food for my sick student and it was left on the ground outside the dorm with no text, phone call or any way for my student to know it was delivered. I asked for text updates when I checked out but didn't receive anything. By the time she found it, the soup was cold and the sandwich soggy. What a waste.

The wait was over 30 minutes and they weren't busy. Workers didn't know what they were doing. Don't know where the management was but those workers were still in training. Shouldn't be left on their own if they're not ready

Always great food! And this location in particular has great customer service! Stephanie in particular is extremely kind and great with people and I feel like she went above and beyond for me when I had an issue with my order. I frequent several Panera’s, but the staff make this one my favorite.
