Timed bowling minutes! I’ve never heard of that and was not informed. My family of 5 came in for a fun night of bowling only made it into the 6th frame because we ran out of time. Went to go buy additional time which took more time to only realize our lane was booked so we had to leave. Really!! They should have told us there’s no way 5 people could have finished in 30 minutes. $32 for what??
Spoke to a manager, they didn’t really care.
There was one good thing, I had originally planned a birthday party and it was forecasted to have lots of snow. I was called by the lady and given a chance to cancel or reschedule. I canceled and decided I had to call back another time to reschedule. That's where the good stops. It is very difficult to get through to the party planning department.
