I just watched the waitstaff explain the entire menu to the most clueless boyfriend on the planet and not once did he lose patience. The pho broth taste like a hug from a warm mother, the food comes out quick and HOT make sure you blow on it! This place will NOT let your water cup go empty. I love pho and tea I’ll do anything for a sip of dat sweet sweet broth.
Food is pretty yum, I have definitely had better pho elsewhere further away in Iowa but if you're in Ames, this place is your best bet. Bobas are good although on the sweeter side and service is always very polite.

The spring rolls were very good. They offered extra bean sprouts and Thai basil on the side, which was a nice touch. The fish sauce tasted homemade and was well balanced. 😍
