Amber Snyder the “boss lady” as her shirt said was calling a customer names when we went in. Very unappealing. She was screaming Karen and swearing while the customer just stood there, she seemed more like a “Karen” then them though I did miss the very beginning. She then was extremely rude about picking up, the pizza was wrong and cold, she told me that I could take it or leave it but she doesn’t do refunds. We placed an order for delivery and asked how long to expect and was told 35-45 minutes. Called back an hour and fifteen minutes later and it still wasn’t out for delivery.
ETA: Now, 30 minutes after I cancelled my order they showed up with my order. Ridiculous.
