Definitely meant for order only, I walked in and they took a while to even see me but were nice about it. Sussy Baka little room they have for waiting, pizza was alright but not the best. I wish I was a little bit taller, a baller, 6’5 so I could call her ??

Ordered online. They made my order wrong and put an allergen on my food making me unable to eat it. When I called about it to get a partial refund they hung up on me 3 times. Eventually I got to the supervisor and all she could do was either charge me the new total for a partial refund and eventually drop the old charge or give me a few bucks in store credit that I have to call in again to use. Absolutely horrid service, I wasn't able to eat the food and those solutions to this situation are unacceptable. But I had no other option apparently. Deffinaly would never recommend this store to anyone for any reason
Dietary restrictions: They don't care about modifications and will intact ignore them... even if it's an allergen

Everything from a local standpoint was perfect. I don't like that I can't call locally to place an order, that I either get a call center or have to order online. I love the Cinnabons, which weren't an online option, so I got th4 brownies, which were amazing. I did find out that our local Pizza Hut does carry the Cinnabons and had I been able to call directly to my local Pizza Hut, I would have ordered them. My only complaint is not being able to call the local business.

Received my order yesterday being closed by the driver and as I have called a million times since yesterday no one at this store will pick up the phone!

Arrived to pick up my pizza and had to wait even though I had placed the order hours before and selected pick up time. When I opened the box to check the pizza, there were five huge bubbles on the pizza. When I told the gentleman that it was unacceptable, he slid the pizza away disgustedly and said, "I'll remake it". It was supposed to be a pan pizza with extra cheese. It was neither a pan and no extra cheese. Half of the other pizza was more than done, no extra cheese. The explanation I received was, it's a new employee being trained. It's hard to train someone when you're constantly going from the back to front. At one time there were five people waiting. The gentleman did send the bubbled pizza with me as well...not sure why, but thanked him anyway. I'm about done with Pizza Hut.

I haven't had a pan pizza in ages. It was a real treat. Delicious. Like everyone else, they are short staffed; but worth the wait. Be patient & enjoy the quiet wait for that pizza.
The wings were barely sauced and the pizza was good. Could’ve been cooked a little longer though.
