Got to hear three loud f bombs directed towards customers calling in. Little advice to all working, if it’s snowing and you want to shut down three hours early, close the door and turn off the open sign. Pizza was delicious.

I've always loved Pizza Pit, but surprisingly not for their pizza. They have some of the best wings in town especially their inferno wings. Whenever I'm craving wings its a coin toss with Pizza Pit on 1 side of that coin.
Very good place to eat! My favorite place to eat in Ames Iowa. This time I eat in. I get delivery at least 2 or 3 times a month. I always had all good food from there.

Great pizza! They definitely don’t skimp on the toppings! We had the taco and chicken quesadilla pizzas. They were both excellent! No table service. You order at the counter and then pick up at the counter.

We ate here on a Sunday after ISU let out, and it was pretty quiet without all the students. Place was in middle of construction zone (Welch closed) so we had to walk a ways to get there. Then, half a flight of steps up to Pizza Pit. Place was clean, attractive and modern. Pizza, ordered and paid at counter, came quickly and was thin crust not cracker, with plenty of tom sauce, and baked just right. We had the small bacon onion cheeseburger pie which was just right amount for us two. Tasty and satisfying. No issues.

We ordered around 4 pm. We were told it would be ready in 20 minutes. We are still at pizza pit and it is currently 5:30. When we entered the building a lady with pink hair started telling us to order at the bar downstairs. Assuming we were at the bar. Then our food sat on a warmer for an hour. Terrible a they showed zero care after messing up. Will not be returning, wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
The lady pink hair was being extremely rude to me and my friends making comments about how we have to go downstairs to order not knowing that we had already ordered carry out. she was being very passive aggressive without even understanding the situation. next time you assume something maybe you should understand what’s going on before you but in being rude.

The stairs are steep getting in and the railings are not kid friendly.
The pizza sometimes has too much sauce on it. The inferno wings are amazingly hot-and it’s baked in not tossed in some Buffalo dressing (making them less messy to eat and holds the flavor). We always say we aren’t getting them next time because they are so hot but we always do. 😀
Cafeteria style pizzeria! It is located upstairs I did not see an elevator. My 91 year old uncle made it up just fine. The price was not bad for a 14 inch thin 4 topping pizza and 2 sodas for 25 with tip. The pizza was amazing and delicious! Can’t wait to go back!
