I barely get the whip when they ask, and every time we get a cinnamon roll, they literally throw it in the bag and it ends up all over the plastic container. Doesn’t take anyone with an IQ higher than 40 to think about setting a pastry upright in a bag.

There is no "atmosphere". It's a drive-thru, which is too small for anything bigger than a golf cart.

My breakfast sandwich was overcooked and had a hair in it and my latte had a fingernail in it. The employee was a bit of a Karen too. Breakfast sandwich was still fire

I thought I'd try Scooter's for the first time and was told I would get $2.00 off my first order using their app but it wouldn't let me place my order unless I entered a credit card, even though I was told at the intercom that they accepted cash. I tried to enter my virtual Capital One card but that didn't work. I also got stuck waiting in the drive thru line and realized that their service is much slower than other coffee shops I patronize.
Drove here witha school bus, obviously can't take that thru a drive thru, they allowed me to walk in the drive thru to get my coffee I was really craving. Amazing service, friendly staff, and amazing coffee.

I asked for a medium latte and paid for a medium but got a small. I only realized after we had left because the other drinks that were mediums were all the same size & mine was smaller.
We ordered a light ice drink, I asked her kindly to take the ice out to make it light ice, she took the ice out to make it light ice and then she didn’t want to fill my cup. She said I had to pay more to fill it with a bad attitude.
The workers are very pushy about the app. I ordered the pretzel snakers and they were cold and still partly frozen when I got them.

I dont get why it's not standard for all scooters to read back orders. Corporate says stores are supposed to, but any location ive been to do not read back the order at all. Many times I have to repeat my order at the window and even then I'm not sure I'll get what I order. The bagel had frosting burned all over the bottom and was cold as well as my drink not having the correct syrup. I usually don't make comments but this location needs some work and all locations should read back orders not just for the customer, but saves time and product for the store.
