This is a pretty decent pizza place. I like the atmosphere, I just wish you could see them make your pizza instead of just telling all the toppings and waiting. I also think it is strange that they don't cook the pineapple or jalapeños, so it tastes a little strange.

I'm an old man so take this from where it comes. I prefer a pizza that leaves me sated, not hungry. The toppings were extremely sparse. From other reviews it appears most people like it that way, but I'm trying to reduce carb intake somewhat and mostly my pizza was a cracker, not cheese, pepperoni ect. BTW, it had excellent flavor.

I think our fundraiser night for school was successful. The whole restaurant was filled up with families.
I try to diversify my taste buds when it comes to pizza. I wasn't for sure what to expect coming into Smokin' Oak but I was for sure not disappointed. I came into the restaurant inhaling the blissful symphony of tomato sauce and cheese over a wood fire and I knew I came to the right place on a Wednesday. I ordered the "Alfredo-licious" and as bold as the menu title is for this pizza, it really came out to be that good. They did a great job of not overcooking the pizza and the toppings of aoplewood bacon, mozzarella, red onion, spinach, cracked pepper and red pepper flakes were proportionate; none were too dominating. Overall, the service was great, the pizza was served in less than 5 minutes and my taste buds enjoyed a new spot to devour one of my favorite foods. Definitely recommend the "Alfredo-licious" pizza!
