came in, asked for a pour over because the last time i got a standard drip it was sludge. just terrible, had been sitting for hours. the barista rolled his eyes and said making pour overs was too much work, and asked if i could order something else. if making coffee is too much work for you then maybe don’t work at starbucks?

Most of the staff are good. But a few are super laidback. Twice in the last one month, I ordered a regular coffee, even paid a tip! And next, I was just waiting and seeing people who ordered after me, getting their stuff and leaving. Until 10-15 mins later, I figured out they totally forgot about it. And the coffee is already cold! They dont even apologize to you! Maybe some of them need to do their job properly and be less rude and more efficient, and behave less entitled!?

The food/drinks are SO good! The service is quick, even when it's busy.
Planned to dine in, so had to pay for street parking. Scone dry and not very tasty. Got an extra item we didn't order, so someone else was missing their item. Didn't realize this until too late, so couldn't return. Were able to meet up with party expected and carry on a conversation without disruption.
