Chelsea is always so kind and has always remembered my name and drink for years. There are some mornings when I am very thankful she is the one waiting on me to bring me up. :)
I was in the drive up for 21 minutes, and my order was wrong. Spent another 4 minutes inside to get what I ordered. Ordered a grande flat white since they only have Pike on brew. No Christmas blend, no dark roast, etc. I was not offered a refund, just "sorry". I will be glad when Scooters opens up.

Today I made an order online and when I went to pick it up I’ve realized I order to the wrong location and the barista who was helping me his name was Simon was so helpful and made my drink so shout out to him and the employees at the Lincoln and clark.
