Great job... but false advertising.. sign says get their app to get their app to earn rewards, but you cannot earn rewards at this store. Was told it is Starbucks corporate policy.... this is by definition false advertising which is illegal

Today I made an order online and when I went to pick it up I’ve realized I order to the wrong location and the barista who was helping me his name was Simon was so helpful and made my drink so shout out to him and the employees at the Lincoln and clark. Thank you again

Seems like coffee is getting weaker and supply continues to be an issue.I might start looking for my coffee fix somewhere that doesn't have these issues ??‍♀️

I was in the drive up for 21 minutes, and my order was wrong. Spent another 4 minutes inside to get what I ordered. Ordered a grande flat white since they only have Pike on brew. No Christmas blend, no dark roast, etc. I was not offered a refund, just "sorry". I will be glad when Scooters opens up.

This is a very convenient place and usually love it, but there was one time I ordered a hazelnut macchiato and ended up with three different sauces in my drink. Unfortunately, I am celiac and one of the sauces was the caramel which has gluten in it so I got sick after a couple of drinks. Took me a bit to figure out why, but then I noticed the sauce. I can be a bit too trusting and I know the person was new because she said she had to look up the recipe.

The staff seems friendly enough. The coffee is decent. The music is...TOO DA**ED LOUD and is absolutely TERRIBLE. This may be the worst music I have ever heard in my life. Forget about talking with your seatmate (mine left as we were shouting to each other in order to be heard over the "music") much less being able to hear yourself think. Free Wi-fi though while we look for a place to stay in town if I-35 doesn't reopen soon. Ugh.

OMG I just love this Starbucks. Everybody is so friendly take good care of you always glad to see you first thing in the morning know who you are and know what you want what a great team!! I would like to give a special shout out to one of the best employees at Hy-Vee Britta Heidenreich!! Thank you for treating me so well!! You are fantastic!!

I’ve never been happy with this Starbucks. They are always out of different drinks and other things and they aren’t very friendly. I’ve stopped going here and my friends have to because of this.
