Lala is the BEST! She always is so sweet and recommends me the best options even when I don’t know what to pick! She always greets me by my name and has come to somewhat remember my face in the drive thru. Always makes my day when Lala is working!!
I consistently get warm and genuine and highly competent experience .They are always friendly and kind. When my dog, Zumi, is with me, she gets lots of sweet attention. I love the coffee,too I always drive away feeling quite lovely. My two favorite Starbucks in Ames are this one on Grand by the mall and the one on Duff by Best Buys and BAM.
Great experience this time! Clear communication delivery and mutual understanding, warm food and even an eye for details! I got prompt service and and heartly smile, nice eye contact and was even told to wait briefly well preping order! Great job to you and your team!!
