It's rare for me personally to give this kinda high praise to Ames, for all three locations are on top of it! Also, thank you to your reward system! I absolutely love the spontaneous gift. Anyone who knows me personally knows coffee is my love language! A berista transformed my drink into something magical! Thank you so much for your expertise!

Strangely unpleasant Starbucks. I came in recently with my sister who had placed a mobile order for our drinks. The big woman behind the bar barked at us and just said "NAME?!?" No hello or anything. It was like being at a DMV or a Burger King. Starbucks is just another fast food place now, I guess. Our beverages were fine, but we had an uneasy feeling even sitting in the cafe space and so we left early. Also a really dreary interior with no warmth or character.

Ordered an iced matcha latte with *light ice* and pictured is the ice I got. The baristas didn't seem very thrilled to be working, as their attitudes when we ordered were very lackluster. The drink was also made incorrectly with the wrong milk, but it was fixed before I received it. My friend ordered a refresher, and received a completely different drink. Overall not a good experience, and not worth the $14 I spent on drinks.

i came through the drive through at this starbucks at 10:15 AM on march 11 (today as i am writing this) and ordered the matcha lavender drink. it was the best drink i have ever had from starbucks, and the worker who made it should get a raise tbh.

Got three lattes and a bacon Gouda sandwich, service was very fast and easy with the app, I was happy with my coffee and food. Would recommend or be back, baristas were good at their job and produced quality drinks.

I got to this Starbucks very often and I get the same coffee at the same time and place my order at the same time everytime I go. Although today there was a new person I hadn’t seen before in the window first she was very adamant about my order not being at her store when I told her I had placed it at her store she eventually found my order and then spoke to me in a rude tone and so ok then pull up the window no apology or any pleasantries. I then get to the window and she very rudely tells me that I couldn’t pick up my order that short after ordering it and stares at me and then closed the window in my face. I called and told whoever was on the phone that their employee was very rude and unprofessional although I know that won’t change anything. Very unprofessional but every single other experience I’ve had at this store has been great!

Called to order a coffee traveler and it was hard to hear her, lots of background noise but she said something along the lines of we aren’t doing those right now and I asked why and she cut out so I said I didn’t hear what she had said. She immediately hung up on me. What business just hangs up on a customer, mind you we were on the phone for 30 seconds by the time she decided to hang up on me…. Very unprofessional.
