I'm pretty much a regular here, and my experience--I've only done take outs--has been positive so far. The staff are welcoming, the sandwich is prepared carefully, and it always tastes good. Prices are obviously not exclusive to this store, but they are reasonable nonetheless, and you can get some good discounts if you have an account. Worth checking out.

Our party of three had to wait over five minutes to be waited on.
Only one person was working and they were busy doing only on line orders.
Despite having a $2.00 coupon it still cost me over $30 dollars.

I go here every once and a while and the couple that work here are the sweetest people. I always look forward to seeing them they are so nice! plus the food is good. i recommend this over any other subway in ames :)
