I work in Ames and visit this Subway weekly for breakfast or lunch. The manager is always so friendly and accommodating. They also make the best subway sandwiches with perfect portion sizes and they toast the sandwiches properly!

I ordered a sandwich through the app and it kicked out a coupon for some reason so when I realized I called to cancel and they said that it can't be cancelled because it had already been put in as ready in the system (it didn't tell me it was ready until 20 minutes after I had gotten back from picking it up) and they said their manager would put in the coupon the next day (the manager was not there at the time). It has been two weeks and I haven't gotten any money back and also subway support hasn't done anything (I contacted them a few days later). I also specified to make sure my sandwich was toasted (it was selected to be toasted but I've had issues in the past with all subways in the area so I made sure to note it) and my sandwich wasn't toasted (it at most was put in for a second but was still completely soft)

I order a foot long of a BMT I was there Sunday night and I got so sick from what they put on it and I don’t think they are checking the dates before server it to me and this is the second time I’ve gotten sick and they need to look at all the stuff before making sandwiches for everyone don’t think I will be going back again if they can’t change and watch the date on the stuff come on people can’t be that hard to look at the date before it’s getting bad
