We had the tenderloin and wings. Food was delicious! Loud atmosphere but it is to be expected. Cheesecake was also the bomb!

you have a phenomenal staff, i stopped in today while i was in town and dustin took the best care of me. y’all are making a killer chicken and dumpling soup, amazing fried chicken and great cocktails. please keep this up i will be back!

My family went there this evening around 6pm. Not many dining in. We placed our drink order, which all were great and came out fast. The Blueberry Mojito & Blueberry Mule were delicious. That is where any good experience stops. Our app's were good, not great. Dip trio, Fried Pickles & Hushpuppies were good but the dips were luke warm to cold and the Hushpuppies were over fried and like rocks. We ordered our dinner at the same time and our dinners came out 45 minutes later (with 3 other tables dining in, that was along time). Each time we asked we were told the salads are being made fresh causing the delay. Well all of our salads had brown lettuce (wilted, brown lettuce), the tomatoes on the salad's were mush and slimy, the Caesar dressing tasted old and the croutons were stale. None of us got our 2nd side (which all of our meals came with two sides). The fried catfish was cold and mushy. The server was friendly but seemed bothered when we had to keep asking for what was missed and then went MIA for a good 20 minutes. For $163 and a 30% tip, service and food should have been ALOT better.

I’m only giving a 2 because the food was really good, would’ve been better if it was warm when we got it. Waited 10 minutes after self-seating, crickets. Had to ask if someone was going to wait on us. Our waitress took our order. Waited 15 minutes for drinks and someone else brought those. Then another person brought the food another 15 mins later. Had to ask again for help to get a ticket and a box. Just manage your expectations when visiting here.

Love the food. Originally came because I found out they got some fried chicken, but I stayed for the people. Shout out to the bartenders, they always cool people. My go to foods are the meatloaf and their wings, but I also like their new hot honey chicken sandwich they recently added. Best sides imo are fries and Brussels. Among the best fries in Ames imo.

First time checking out Sweet Caroline's. We used the back of the building for parking since the main street was full. It was kind of busy around 7ish when we visited. My burger was average, I wouldn't order it again. The boneless "wings" were breaded chicken chunks but we're actually pretty good. Our server was pretty nice and checked on us several times.Parking: On main Street is paid parking, but behind the building is free parking lot ?

We stood at the hostess station for 5 minutes, the wait staff just walked by us. A patron seated nearby stopped a waitress and said they were leaving b/c they had been sitting there for 45 min without being able to order. We left and went somewhere else.

Went here for New Year’s Eve and it was great! We had the chicken tenders, soft pretzels and two drinks. They ran out of mojito mix which was unfortunate as multiple of their specials have it.. had the pumpkin spice martini instead. Wish it came in a martini glass as it seemed odd to be in a small cup with whipped cream. Music was very loud which was hard to talk among our friends but food was great! The side salad was huge enough to be a meal for a second person. Will be back!
