Came in round 3:45 esh place was clean little crumbs here and there but nothing major men's rest room could use a good cleaning but again nothing major to get in a big fuss over I order two nacho cheese cheesy gordita crunches and two sides of spicy ranch and a dragon sparkling tea all was pretty dam good staff was friendly and I got my drink cup in a timely manner since I ordered from kiosk I do stand by my three star statement this is a solid good fast food restaurant if I had so say anything negative about this restaurant is it has a off smell on the inside and if they took care of that on a regular basis there's no reason this couldn't be a 4 star fast food restaurant.

there was a gal there I suspect that she was about 16-17 years old bossing and yelling at the crew saying it's her way to do things as well as degrading them. This was about 3 am I turned around and left deciding not to order.

We waited over an hour just to be told our order was "swipped off" and even then we couldn't get a refund cause they didn't know how to. AND WE PAYED ONLINE BEFORE WE ENTERED SO IT SHOULD BE IN THE SYSTEM. I know their system is bad but it can't be this hard.

Taco John’s is a block away, not a single reason to come here.
Customer service was horrible. I ordered two $9 deluxe boxes one at a time and was yelled at by the manager on duty for not "ordering them together." After I ordered a third box, she proceeded to continue her horrendous attitude and mocked me while I ordered the rest of my food. Since she was so focused on her attitude, she forgot to ring in my crunch wrap properly; I am vegetarian and ordered a black bean wrap, but she rang us up for a normal beef crunch wrap. I couldnt even enjoy my food.
