Showed as they opened up and it’s the same as the last time I gave them a chance. Nothing was cleaned dirty Keoske, dirty, tables, ok bathrooms. I’m sure the kitchen was disgusting aswell if they don’t clean the rest of the place. This is for sure my last visit. It’s a sad thing and the health inspector in the area should be questioned aswell as I’m sure this is the same condition all the time.

I was in the Ames Taco Bell for 31 minutes before I was even acknowledged. People were getting orders before me that had come in after me I know I was seen because there was an employee in there with no hair net on or anything and he kept staring at me and that's crazy I ordered six seven-layer burritos I know I was seen before 31 minutes because I stood there and watched the people make orders and was never even acknowledged that I was even there. No hello, no nothing

I rarely come to tacobell because the quality can be questionable, however I went there today around noon, placed an online order. I went through the drive through and they told me the system was not working for the drive through so I had to come inside. No biggie. Took a few minutes for someone to help me. Not the best customer service if I’m being honest. I ended up waiting a good 15 minutes for my order with no one before me. I got three separate items with modifications and they were all made to perfection, still warm after my 15 minute drive home. I’m the type of person that can understand being understaffed and having really long wait times, it’s the quality and consistency that is important and they nailed it! I know what it’s like to work fast food and I have so much empathy for the workers, getting quality food with nothing missing and just getting what you paid for is all I ask!! Thank you!

If you decide to stop here good luck! Ordered food at 1:07 while waiting 4 people came in with wrong orders or asking where their food was. Manager sat in back while his crew struggled with every order.... I gave up at 1:37 and ask for my money back. Disorganized, no sense of urgency, and serious lack of management.

We had to wait 40 minutes to get our food. There were only 6 or 7 people in the restaurant and everyone was waiting 30-45 minutes. Even people who had ordered on the mobile app had to wait another 30 minutes after getting to the restaurant.
The food was delicious.
It looked like there were 4 total people “working” but only one seemed to be doing 90% of the work.
The food was delicious and fresh when we got it but the wait was ridiculous.

Really slow on getting food out. There was almost no one there and we still waited for thirty minutes. They don’t care about their in store customers. Only their online orders, this is disappointing and I don’t understand what takes so long.

Every couple months I give this Taco Bell another try and it gets worse every time. Order placed on the app, said ready at 8:19pm. It’s 8:32 order still not ready. One person working drive through one person on the line. Lobby is filthy.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. The 4-5 workers were too busy singing songs instead of taking orders. There was a 6-person line in the store with minimal drive-thru traffic. We also had combos that weren’t labeled correctly or in boxes so we couldn’t tell what food is whose. They also just dumped the chips in the bag without a bag
