This place was not it. I am a server myself and have never been in a more uncomfortable environment. The chef had the audacity to come and yell at my friend (very harshly) because her eggs were VERY CLEARLY RAW. both me and her have worked in a place where they serve breakfast, we know what cooked eggs look like and these were RAW. Don’t eat here and support an awful man of a chef. Just because we’re young college girls doesn’t give you the entitlement to mansplain what food is suppose to look like. I think we know what food is after working in the service industry for 4+ years. Also felt the need to take a picture of us which is very inappropriate we left cash and didn’t bother finishing our food.

First, I have to say we went here without researching it because we were in a hurry.
We walked right in, and there WAS a line when we left, but I'll be honest, I have no idea why.
The coffee was so weak you could see right through it. The food was mediocre at best. Totally unseasoned.
However, the thing that appalled me was that this restaurant was absolutely filthy! I can't figure out how the health inspector doesn't close them down!
The walls and furniture looked like they had never been wiped down and were covered in dirt. The vent above our table was black and caked with muck. There was a high chair that you couldn't tell its original color.
Finally, the bathroom was down a set of steps in a basement that belonged in a horror movie, and the bathroom itself looked even worse!

Went to this place two years ago found out they only take cash and not only do they only take cash but they were so rude about the idea of paying with a card (lol). Had good food and every time I think about going I check if they still are stuck in 1950 and only take cash and they do. Cafes on campus don't even take cash now, as with many other places around town, so neither me nor my friends carry cash on us. Not going to go to an ATM just for pancakes lol. Anyway just wish this place would be a little bit more modern because I actually liked the food and wish I could go back!

2 orders of eggs, toast, and sausage and a hamburger and fries took them an hour to cook. And the restaurant was not busy.
