They have a food truck on the campus of Iowa State University next to Kildee Hall. Had a try a couple times, and it's alright. The food was extremely greasy - even more so than your average Mexican place. Pork didn't have much flavor, but the other meats were decent. Person taking orders in the truck was nice.
A solid 4.5+, the tenderloin sandwich was as good as any I had at the Suburban in over 30 years of eating there. It's nice to have a great fried pork tenderloin available again. I'll have to try a burrito next time.
Big fan of this place. The crunch rolls remind me so much of the crisp meat burritos from taco time. The "fire" sauce is not too spicy and really good addition to the crunch roll. Tots are great too and my kids loved the rolled ice cream. Great service and friendly staff.
