I went in there for one main purpose. I wanted to purchase 2 gift cards. These were going to be given to someone as a gift at a business here in Ames.
When I got the cards, I went out to my vehicle to put them in the thank you cards I had written out and noticed that the first card was very dirty, there was black stuff all over it, the writing was almost completely gone off of the card and there was a piece of tape on it.

Awesome staff and food! Our daughter spilled her smoothie and they were all so kind and understanding that they helped clean it up and gave her a new kids smoothie. Awesome consumer experience and great staff!! Thank you for making our night! You all rock. 10 out of 10 recommend.
