As a former employee I can tell you that This place is full of cockroaches and the building owner seems never take action to clean it
so *DO NOT* lease this building for your business
*DO NOT* eat here if there is other restaurant for your own good health

There isn’t much good that can be said about W & Z Mongolian Buffet. They have a nice variety of dishes but, there is one thing seriously lacking…proper serving temperature. Everything is either lukewarm or cooling off. I mean everything. Hot foods on a buffet is supposed to be at least 140 degrees Fahrenheit. They are nowhere near that. When they have corrected that, we’ll return.

4:45 pm, no one in there. Food was cold on buffet, no one standing at the grill. Won’t be back! Definetly no worth the dining experience, or the money. Hands down, they need to have hot food!

Husband, daughter, and grandma went there for dinner. Absolutley horrible food. Very stale, dried out food items. Salad bar was dirty, and even the donuts were rock hard. What have you guys done to one of our favorites? Been coming here for over 10 years and won't be back until small batches with active chefs are cooking. He paid over 60 with a generous tip. Get it together and know when you expect people and when you don't.

This place has lost it's good food. Stuff was being put on the buffet that was still cold, obvious leftovers from the day before. The sushi looked so dry I skipped it. Buffets are done best with small batches of fresh food to cut costs and waste. I'd never had a bad experience here, but it's been almost a year since the last visit and probably will be much longer before I bring my family back.

Not worth no 32 or 36 dollars for 2 adults that's for sure!!!! Food wasn't fresh, the mongolian grill definitely a NO GO!!! ? HE STAYED ON THE PHONE THE WHOLE ENTIRE TIME, AND ACTUALLY COOKED MY FOOD WITH NO CARE AT ALL, HE DIDN'T PUT ANY OIL OR WHATEVER THE NAME OF THAT STUFF IS CALLED THAT THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO PUT ON THE GRILL BEFORE THEY COOK YOUR FOOD. SO THAT EVEN TURNED OUT NOT FULLY COOKED, DRY AND REGULAR NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE FOR ME, BUT I WILL SAY THE (ONLY THING THAT WAS GOOD WAS THE POT ROAST AT LEAST THAT WAS TENDER AND HOT SMH. SO WALKING IN....... YOU HAVE FISH TANK TO THE RIGHT, AND THE TANK WAS SO DIRTY I FELT SO BAD FOR THE FISH I WANTED TO TAKE A BETTER PHOTO OF THE FISH BUT I JUST COULDN'T FROM THE FILTH POOR FISHES ??. SO THE PARKING IS DECENT ESPECIALLY when you have NOBODY'S HERE !? BUSINESS IS EXTREMELY!!!!! SLOW.

Staff is pretty nice, enough to leave a good tip. Food sometimes seems a little old, like it sat out too long. Selection has gone downhill, don't know if that's Covid related or what. Also they say ribeye steaks for the buffet but they never have any out anymore. It's just not worth it anymore. My family use to love this place and go there at least once a month but haven't been there in awhile now and that's cause it made me sick last time.

Food was terrible! We got there at 12:15, most items where dried out like they had been cooked for hours, alot of hot items where Luke warm. General chicken is one of my favorites and I had one bite! Egg rolls where the best thing they had on buffet.

I'll be honest: looks are deceiving. The outside looked shady as hell but the food was great and the service was AWESOME. The front counter person started us off with a big smile and warm greeting. The food was almost steamy and hot. And the "busboy" was always around to get us refills and take away our dirty dishes. Will definitely go back again!
Parking: Plenty of room up front and in the lot.
Kid-friendliness: Superb. All employees were friendly.
Wheelchair accessibility: No issues noticed.

I love this place so much! It is very hard to eat everything you want, because there is so much to try! There is plenty of protein and veggies, so there is something for literally everyone. I just came back to Iowa after 5 years, and this place continues to make me very happy!
Dietary restrictions: Huge buffet with great variety. Anyone can find something here
Kid-friendliness: Good selection of kid friendly meals. And icecream too.

This place is great for a colon cleanse. Been there twice, never fails. The conditions of the signs outside pretty much give a consumer a precursor to what’s inside. Place needs to have a deep cleaning and some serious updating.
