Food was really good.Service was OK.Bathrooms weren't the cleanest.The restaurant had a funky smell. I did see the staff walking around spraying febreeze or something to try covering it up, but it wasn't working.If you are looking for good food, you can get it here, but take it to go.

Won’t go back, some guy was spraying something down the hallways , maybe covering up weed..not sure but a very odd experience, tables were sticky and dirty, large puddle of standing water in the corner, very dirty, took my food to go and afraid to eat it, no one wore gloves and guys had long hair that was swinging all over the place…I kept thinking the whole time I should of just gone to BWW’s instead of trying something new!

If you know what's good for you just take your money somewhere else and save yourself from the food poisoning. Whole place filthy and smelled like sewage. (They were spraying fabreeze to mask it) Crew members walking around using profanity and eating wings while all of the customers are waiting 30 minutes for there cold wings and soggy fries. No food safety procedures followed and incredibly rude service. Will never return. Not sure how many bad reviews it takes to get this taken care of.

I've rarely waited less than an hour for in-store pickup (~6-10 visits). Food is sometimes overseasoned/sauced but usually tastes pretty darn good. Staff is hit or miss in terms of service and communication. The general vibe of the regularly crowded lobby is frustration. Just isn't worth it anymore for me.Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible parking but no button-controlled entry

We live out-of-town and my kids were excited to try Wing Stop. We ordered our meals and went to get our drinks from their machine. They didn’t have anything, but soda options on their freestyle machine. My youngest son doesn’t drink soda so there were no options for the drink I paid $2.50 for, and they couldn’t refund us since their manager wasn’t working. They had no straws for their drinks either. All surfaces were sticky and there appeared to be a leak from the pop machine because there was a huge puddle and the rugs were soaked. We sat down to wait for our food and in the process saw people order after us get their food. My husband finally went up to the counter and asked why our food wasn’t ready and they said we should have realized that it wouldn’t be ready until 45 minutes after we ordered. We were under the assumption this was a fast food restaurant and we were missing our son’s basketball game. We asked for our food to go, and once we got our food the fries were soggy and not warm. Our wings and sandwiches were drenched in sauce and the sandwiches were paper thin patties that were fried to a crisp, if it wasn’t drenched in barbeque sauce it would have been so dry. The workers did not seem to be following food safety standards…no gloves when handling food, no hairnets on long hair, no handwashing after handling money and then going to handle food. I would not ever go back to this restaurant again. Our first experience at Wingstop will be our last experience.

Horrible, I live about an hr and half away. Came cus the family wanted wings. The girl who help us was wonderful and apologized for us waiting an hr for 3 meals, I understand times could be busy but one hr while the people behind us have gotten their food. And said the fries were almost done. Out of 3 meals two of fries were warm and then when we got out order our boneless wings and sandwich were not with out meal and we had to wait again.. our chicken sandwich wasn’t fully cooked either and one of the fries were just scraps from the little pieces . But the girl was wonderful apologizing except one dude in tue back with dreads with an attitude and smell of weed and sucking at his job. He was having a problem like he wanted to say something. The girl told him he needed to stop. First of all if you don’t like the job why be there. I didn’t even make it hard for anyone. The other girl was good and respectful also. Thanks for the brownie

Would NOT recommend this restaurant. The floors were sticky, there was water all over the floor, and they had no straws or ice. We waited 40 min for a super simple order. Bathrooms were also disgusting and there were paper towels and water all over the ground.

We ordered pickup online and it took over an hour to get our food. We were not greeted for the first probably 10 minutes waiting. No one was wearing gloves. Employees were taking personal calls while we were waiting. The store was a mess with water all over the floor. Then when we finally got our food our order was wrong. Fries were cold and the chicken wasn’t good. I hardly complain about restaurants but this was horrible. I will never go to wing stop again. (Also I cannot find a way to get a refund) very disappointed. Never ever going back

We ordered online and didn’t get our food for over an hour. When we finally did, our order was wrong and the fries were undercooked and cold. There was water leaking all over the floor and an employee casually went to refill his own drink while we were waiting. I always try to be understanding in situations like this but the employees couldn’t have cared less. We will not be back.

long haired shorter guy smelled like devils lettuce and i'm guessing that's what made him forget my 2 frys for my meals and an order of corn when i went back in to get what i was missing my frys were cold like they've been sitting for at least 30 minutes and didn't have parmesan seasoning like they were ordered as.
