Whenever I come home to visit Anamosa we eat here for breakfast and lunch. I know my Dad eats here regularly. Well, everytime the value is on point and food is good! Today when coming while in town our waitress was super nice, friendly and on top of checking in on us and keeping refills coming! Had a great time today! If you are visiting this small town or need a regular spot if you live here at a great value, come here! My girlfriend’s wrap was wrapped perfectly which you never see it was like an art form! My pork tenderloin was delicious too and breakfast is always the jam! Try it, remember value and quality! It’s a good value

While the food and service were relatively okay (aside from the moldy tasting water), the entire restaurant was incredibly filthy, which only made me wonder how the kitchen looked if the dining area was being so neglected hygienically. My partner ended up feeling ill after eating there. He had consumed the water and I did not. I had considered cancelling our order after noticing just how dirty the place was and how off the water tasted, but regrettably we stayed hoping the food would be worth it. It was not. We were really excited to try this place but we will not be returning nor recommending it to others.

Love Larry's Place!! We drive from Cedar Rapids to Anamosa just to go eat at Larry's Place. The food is amazing. The portions are perfect . The staff are very friendly. If you haven't been here you are missing out!!

Family loves their food it's great every time we come in.
Great food, plain decor, quick service. I had the Larry's omelet, made with 4 eggs, lots of veggies and cheese. It comes with hashbrowns and either toast or a pancake. Really filled me up, it's my go to when I get a meal in Anamosa.
