We stopped here for breakfast and the people were so nice and friendly. The food and coffee were fresh and hot. Wish all McDonald’s employees were as nice and friendly as this McDonald’s.

We ordered our meals at drive up but meal wasn't ready when we paid and no drinks given to us. They said pull ahead but we just had 2 orders? Then car after car would join us. Crazy! When they brought food out they didn't know what we had ordered?

How can it be that a McDonald's runs out of hamburger patties? Well that happened today when we stopped there for lunch. I get Anamosa is a small market but McDonald's is a national brand, so sad. Maybe if food quality and value were a focus for corporate instead of gimmicks and stock value, the sales would rise. Oh and the nuggets were cold and the fries are always too salty.

Poor customer service. Food quality and quantity (fries) are subpar. You pay for a large fry and recieve maybe a medium. Long wait times. I always opt for curbside, only because when going through the drive thru, they always tell you to pull forward anyway, & the spots are together. Order accuracy is fairly poor regardless of time of day.
