The worst experience I ever had lady that sat us gave us the wrong menu to start. Then we got our food and it was not done it was still frozen. Service was very slow even though there was very few people in the restaurant. Probably wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I love McOttos! Great food on Sunday, super waitress who was young and energetic and was so kind and generous to the four of us in the party. I wish I lived in Anamos and I'd be there two or three times every week. Keep up the great work there at McOtto's!

stopped in during our travels. it is right next to a McDonald's. one. the hamburgers are better than the fast food corporation and the hamburger buns are made in house. hope to go again during our next travel trip to visit family.

Look the service was terrible and the servers were incompetent and their only saving grace was the pizza which was mid at best. Not once was I asked if I wanted a refill and it took almost an hour to get our food. I can wait but if the food is that bad and that over priced it is just incomprehensible.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Never seen such awful and unfriendly customer service for all the times we have came here in the past 15 years. Was not very busy on a Sunday night and the staff was so slow and didn't seem to care to wait on us. I ordered a glass of Coke and my wife a iced tea. Did not put much ice in my glass and it was not full and the same for my wife. I ordered the hot beef plate, for $10.19 on a big plate and my wife ordered the Cajun chicken meal with two sides for $19.49 and they messed up both orders. The hot beef plate used to fill the whole plate with the sandwich with each half on each side piled high and a lot of mashed potatoes. This time the sandwich was smaller, not cut in half and one scoop of potatoes with gravy not hardly covering the bread but just the potatoes and there was a quite a bit of fat. My wife wanted the Cajun chicken plain without the Cajun sauce on it and the waitress heard her but when it came out the sauce was on it. They redid it and when it came back out again the bottom of both chicken breasts was burnt and the top didn't looked done. One more try and it looked like it was not completely done. Ten minutes later the waitress came back and I asked for a refill of Coke with plenty of ice and she came back with a full glass with NO ICE! Talk to the night manager ( young lady about 20 - 22 years old ) and told her all about it. She apologized and took $8 off our order. But that don't matter. With the poor quality of the food and the staff you guys got that's got a attitude that needs to go back to grade school and learn some better manners.I had to put a one star on each category but they really each get a zero star. Nothing, Zilch, Notta, No Way. We will not ever come back. THAT IS A PROMISE AND I DO MEAN THAT!
TLDR:...no complaints really. All around pretty good place. Nothing bad but nothing that made me having to go back right away either but I would definitely eat there again.

🤬Waited an hour and a half for our delivery and when it didn't show we called them back and they said they didn't have our number or our adress to deliver to even though she repeated the adress to us when we told her our number. Finally got the order almost two hours after originally ordering and one of the pizza's was smashed on one side. Delivery driver was sarcastic and unapologetic. It's safe to say they have lost two more customers tonight.
