I didn't have high expectations as it's in a strip mall and you order at the counter. But, I was blown away! My husband ordered the chicken fajitas and he made them right there in front of us. Again, I was nervous the onions and peppers wouldn't be adequately cooked, but they were perfection. Friends of ours brought us here for supper. Talk about delicious! You could tell the ingredients were all fresh, the steak was spectacular and not hard to chew. Rice was so good and fluffy, spiced perfectly! The veggies were freshly cut and chopped and the salsa (I had medium) was perfectly hot for me! The heat that doesn't hit you until you swallow and just before the point your nose runs! Deliciousness start to finish!
Think if Chipotle, Pancheros, or Qdoba actually had legit mexican food. THE BEST MEXICAN FOOD in the state and I stand by it. Full of flavor, complimentary chips & salsa (small side), big burritos and the friendliest people. I've been coming here for roughly 3 years, the food has ALWAYS been this good. I speak to the owner whenever I'm in he's usually on the line. Took a picture 1/3 way into the burrito 🔥😂
