No fries with my meal. I've had other issues with them, and didn't go there very often. But today I made my decision never to go back. Enough is enough.

Food wasn't hot but it wasn't cold, the service was great they were kind and had my order out pretty fast, the atmosphere was kinda bleh but over all it was a good lunch thank you to the folks that helped us.
Parking lot was mostly clean and presentable however the concrete walk to the entrance had a serious grease trail. Time to power wash.
The grease trail continues to the entire tiled floor as the entire floor was greasy and you can see a plethora of footprints in the grease.
Restrooms were not clean.
The facility was well lit and the tables were clean.
The food was hot and tasted good , however the meat looked like it was just tossed on the bun with no concern for centering so each bite was consistent. I centered it.
Staff was friendly.

This nice girl with brown curly hair was really nice to me she had great attitude the whole time wished me a merry Christmas and I asked for her name and it was Layla and she got my food in 5 minutes and it looked like she was the only one doing work I order a roast beef classic meal and it was great thank you Layla!

Every time I order the Gyro it doesn’t have roast beef. They put lamb on it. This time was in Ankeny even repeated it back to me roast beef extra sauce and still got it wrong order number D T357 it was on November 22, 2024 at 11:39 PM. I get down the road on the interstate because I’m from out of town and it’s got the wrong stuff on it again.

Arby's always has Tasty food. This visit was o exception. Staff was friendly even with my special request. My doctor says no salt. Doesn't stop me from order crinkle fries. Hot and crispy as always.

Holy buckets! I ordered a half-pound roast beef meal and there was so much meat on that sammich that it was falling out all over the place! Tasted great too. The restaurant was clean and the staff were professional. Go to this Arby's if you are driving through Des Moines!
