Whoever manages this place or owns it should be proud. i’m trying to think of a time that my order was made wrong, but i can’t. best arbys location ever. kind employees, good atmosphere ive lived in ankeny for 2 years now. and no complaints on any visit ive had. ive had kany issues w rude employees at culvers, crappy quality at mcdonalds, both down rhe road. arbys, never messes it up. please thank your employees. they were working hard tonight. also whoever does the hiring....

Doesn't get better then this! And it was nice and warm inside the restaurant! You didn't have to leave your coat on and it was 15 degrees outside. Also the place was clean too.
