Ok I’ve had several interactions with the lady that I think runs this location and yes she’s always rude but this was Wooow!! Tonight I went through the drive thru and right after the first ice cream she sounded annoyed. She rolled her eyes when she saw me at the drive thru and turned to say something to her coworker who then also rolled his eyes! She forgot one of my ice cream so I went in and when she was practically tossing the spoon at me it fell so she got me a new one that she also aggressively handed to me that it almost fell. I’m sending corporate an email because this is unacceptable customer service.

My 50th birthday is coming up and my favorite ice cream is a seasonal flavor at BR, but there aren't any close to us anymore. I had to come to the DSM area for an outpatient surgery. I was able to call the day before and ask them to pack up some of that flavor so I could put it in the freezer until my birthday. When I was there yesterday, the owners were so kind and gracious and I was pleasantly surprised to unpack the ice cream at home to find that the female employee, who packed up my ice cream after taking my call-in order, had written a personal birthday message on my packed ice cream! That above-and-beyond customer service is pretty rare these days in Iowa, sadly, and I can appreciate that as both a customer and as the former owner of a store. THANK YOU.

My husband had this adorable cake made for my 40th birthday! Not only did this incredible associate create our pets in their colors that they are, they added the detail of our one eyed cat!! Love this! Well made, tasted great!

I ordered an ice cream birthday cake from Baskin-Robbins and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The cake was delicious, fresh, and beautifully made — exactly what I hoped for. What really stood out was the great service and personal touch. The staff was friendly, helpful, and took the time to personalize the cake perfectly, making the birthday extra special. Everyone loved it! We will definitely be coming back for future celebrations. Highly recommend!

Very unhappy with the service and staff!!! Came in to order a cake, carrying a baby, the lady looked at me as I came in no getting or any attempt to acknowledge me another customer walks. She waits on the Immediately and gets their order ready. Than comes goes back to clean up Then comes over and say “Do you know what kind of cake you want. I tell her and say for tomorrow. She just say can’t do it we have to have 48 hrs I understand the time requirement and would not have been upset if she would have treated me visit with any kind of respect. I would have walked out after she waited on the 2 customers first but it was an order for my granddaughter

12/23 7:15 pm I stopped in with two kids who were excited to try Baskin-Robbins for the first time. We asked for a few samples so they could choose flavors, and the employee seemed annoyed every time we asked. After each child had two samples, I told them that was enough, and the employee made a snarky comment about how it was “only three samples” while rolling her eyes.
There was no line and no one else in the store, yet we were made to feel like a huge inconvenience. First impressions matter, especially with kids, and this experience was disappointing. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning to this location.

Stopped in to get my favorite ice cream for home. The lady working, seemed to be in charge, was VERY rude. Tried making small talk to be friendly and she brushed me off. She seemed mad that I wanted two tubs to take home. Mind you they weren’t busy. Not sure I will stop in this location again.

Should be zero stars. I sent my kids in tonight. They ordered & paid. When they got the order from the older woman working they told her the one item she made as a shake was not what they ordered. It was supposed to be a dish. She stated “Well that’s what you’re getting” You realize you get paid to serve customers? If you’re that miserable in your life & your job that you need to intimidate children over ice cream you need to re-evaluate your life. I will never send my children back in here or even go in myself.

My sister placed a mobile order at around 9:20pm and I went through the drive through to pick it up. I was very nice to the lady and she told me that it hasn’t print yet and that “they haven’t even started it”. I was fine with that and decided to go inside and order something for myself. Thinking to myself wow she isn’t very friendly. Then I went inside and the younger girl was great and helped with a smile on her face. Anyway I let them know I was going to wait for the mobile order for my sister and sat down. Then the older lady proceeded to tell me that she needed to see an email confirmation. I call my sister and she looks and it now says they cancelled her order. The order was cancelled after I sat down and had ordered my ice cream to eat while I wait. Evidently she just didn’t want to make my online order. Also as I sat there waiting, there were several people that went through the drive thru. The older lady continuously muted herself and talk about how dumb everyone in the drive thru was. I was not the only one that could hear this. Terrible experience from beginning to end.
