We love ice cream in our house, so we visit Baskin-Robbins frequently. The Ankeny staff are always so kind, and one staff member recognizes me when I stop in. I got our usuals tonight, and they remembered that I used the drive-thru last time because I had my dog with me. They asked about him and even packaged up a pup cup for him!

Love the ice cream. Service is always good. We got an ice cream cake for a birthday party today. Wasn’t that big of a fan. The frosting kind of tasted like toothpaste. I would rate it a 7 out of 10 for the cake.

Ice cream cone barely had any ice cream! I asked the girl about it as she handed it to me through the drive thru window and she ‘fixed it’ by adding a tiny bit more. It also had ice in it (like it was freezer burned). ?
