Buffalo Wild Wings

The whole order was completely wrong….. who gets burgers without toppings and buns. Come the heck on.

Update on previous reviews. It was not busy at all on a Tuesday evening, and that should tell you this place is going downhill fast. Walked in for a pick up on time per estimated pick up time. Was told it's almost done. 20 minutes of standing before they gave me my food. Didn't get the ranch dip I paid for. The wings are smaller than I have ever seen them before. And the side of fries is a laughable portion. I remember this place being packed every night. Not any more. I will not be returning.

This place takes for ever to get food. 45min for wings. Take out orders forget it, plan on an hour, and they will most like botch the order.
Been to other B-dubs and typically no issues. Management the issue?? That’s my guess. Dont stop here unless you’ve already eaten and have a couple hours to burn.

Sat at the bar with some friends and it took the bartender so long to even say hi we almost walked out then. A simple I'll be right with you guys would of made a huge difference. Finally got drinks but it was messy in the seating area behind us i counted 8 dirty empty tables. When we finally got our food my friend couldn't eat, his burger and fries were cold. I ended up just eating my barely warm wings and tots because I was so hungry. Over all pretty disappointing
I'll second guess if I ever want to come back again.

Was here for takeout and was here on a tuesday around 7pm. After ariving took about 15 mins for order to be completed. Did not look busy and there where plenty of booths and tables for people to be seated. Plenty of parking outside with wheelchair accessable areas neer main door. Overall good experiance

Went to pick up call in order, they said it would be ready in 30 minutes, I was there for over an hour and offered no discount or anything, so I paid full price for a long wait with no manager in sight. As a company the service is rough, given previous experiences, I just didn’t learn. When it’s higher prices than others that’s fine, the food is usually good, just need to have a level of service that justifies it.

We just went in for our anniversary dinner. After an hour of being in there we finally received our order. It was the wrong order. We ended up just leaving. Wait times were wayyyyyy too long for pickup and dine in. We may have saw our server three times within that same period.

Nice bar tender but it smells absolutely horrid in the place. We were going to do appetizers and a few beers but are leaving after 1.
