Waited in drive though forever and they didn't even take my order until the car before us left it all took like 15 mins and there was one vehicle before us and nobody behind us this is like 7:30 at night why is it taking so long waiting at window another 5-8 mins then asked us to wait by front door waiting another 4-5 mins for them to bring it out all I ordered was a whopper Jr a medium fries and a Hershey's pie.

I had not stopped at a Burger King in a number of years, but a friend recommended it. Thanks to Michelle behind the counter, it was a good experience! Loved my Whopper, cooked perfectly, enjoyed the fries, and liked the drink dispenser. Clean, good service.

It has been a while since I had been to BK. They must be understaffed like everyone else. The wait was long after ordering. They had me pull around and wait in the front of the store. Probably going to be a long while before I go back again.
As a general manager of a fast food place myself, I understand the indoor Service can take a little bit longer but the fact that me and my three children and my husband waited over 30 minutes and got half cold fries and half fresh fries and half of the order was wrong…… ridiculous!!! I have gluten intolerance and I asked for sourdough and they gave me a potato bun and when I asked for them to fix it and give me sourdough The lady in charge was like…. well, your meat and everything‘s gonna hang over the bun are you sure in a rude ass way!! And the fact that we was the only people in there was freaking ridiculous!! nobody came inside for 10 minutes while we waited for our food!!! when a couple and their child did come in and nobody assisted them, they ended up walking out!!! The fact that I waited 30 minutes ames pains 52+change and ended up asking for a refund which hasn’t posted yet is ridiculous but hey if y’all want fast food we ended up going to Hardee’s and they had our food out to us in eight minutes!!!! And it was delicious!!!!
Dietary restrictions: I asked for sourdough because I can tolerate that as I’m gluten free, but I didn’t get it. They served it with potato bun.

This location of Burger King has a lot of free parking in their lot and surrounding parking lots. They have a deal for two Whopper Juniors for just $5. If you read the small print, you can read that they have an alternative $5 Whopper Junior meal deal that includes a Whopper Junior, fries (which can be substituted for Onion Rings for no extra charge), chicken nuggets, and a soft drink. The value of this combo is fantastic. Customer service is professional and speedy at this location. Burger King has good kids meals, and I would highly recommend visiting this location of Burger King.

The guy making the food was swearing as we walked in the door I had children with me and he just looked at us and smiled very unprofessional and this was on night shift and the manager on duty didn't say anything to him about all he did was shake his head such a sad thing 😞

Drove up to window. Paid. Hands white Oreo shake over and drink with no ice. We ask if this was chocolate, maybe in the dark we couldn't tell so we asked to verify if that was indeed chocolate. Just got stared at. So I asked again. And then again. Finally he took the drink back and brought back effectively the same thing with a little chocolate sauce mixed in. Then hands us food bag. We ask about the pink lemonade. Get stared at so we just want this awkwardness to be over and offered to pay for it. Got the lemonade and we did get it for free which would be nice until we got home.
Whopper had jalapenos on it, thrown out. No fry for the kids meal or any toy or anything. Just 4 nuggets in a small fry bag and nothing else. My plain burger was ok. Chicken fries were crazy stale and old.
No idea how this place is still open. Nice music while in line though.

After 30 years of avoiding Burger King, I finally agreed to go with a friend, and it was a complete disaster. From the moment we walked in, I regretted my decision. The place was filthy tables covered in crumbs, the floor was sticky, and there was trash everywhere. We waited in line for what felt like an eternity, and when we finally ordered, the staff was rude and completely uninterested in helping. The food? Absolutely disgusting. My burger was cold, squished, and had barely any toppings. The fries were soggy, greasy, and tasted like they’d been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. To top it all off, my friend’s order was wrong, and when they tried to fix it, they just gave him a completely new sandwich that was even worse than the first. After 30 years of avoiding Burger King, I can say with certainty that nothing has changed, and I’ll never be coming back again. Truly one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had.
