The children working the drive thru got my order wrong in several ways. It wasn't a complicated order, just a single order but things were missing. I caught most of it before I left the window, but didn't catch that there wasn't any lemonade in my sunjoy (these cost extra). I wasn't really upset about it until I tried to call the store to let them know about how sloppy things were being done. The store phone is set up not to take your call, it doesn't even ring. I believe this is one of the worst examples of customer service a company can practice.
I wonder how these children would feel if the same practice was applied to their paychecks? You don't get what you're promised or owed, and you can't contact anyone to resolve the matter.

Went to Ankeny today and it was amazing . Their service is quick and efficient. They give bright smiles and they listen to you. The food comes in a matter of minutes and it’s all warm and crispy. Definitely coming back!!

Bro I had to wait extra to get my chicken strips so I did, and when they got my food I asked to use the bathroom cause Id been driving 4 hours, but they just closed the doors early but were still operating, and denied my pee. They told me to go to the walmart, so I did and when I came back to my 8 strips and fries there was no sauce I asked for 0/10 what.
Edit: AND THEY ONLY GAVE ME 6 STRIPS, WHAT?
Shout out to the mcdonalds next door that gave me sauce free of charge out of sympathy.

5-stars down to 2-stars because the 'live indicator' of busiest times was turned off for this location on Google Maps. If I don't want to eat somewhere busy, I should be able to make that decision. Also lately the quality of chicken has declined over the past 1-2 years. It seems tougher or older, when it seemed fresher before.
