We have previously always had excellent experiences here but last evening we called to place a pickup order, something we’d not done before, we were told for only 2 people we must order online. We went online and placed our order. When I arrived to pick it up it was not ready due to the ordering delay. I told them I was waiting and was told it would be ready soon. After waiting some time I noticed an order setting on the pickup shelf and went and checked, it had our name on it. My wife texted me at that same time that the order didn’t have her food on it but to just come on home and she’d make herself something. I took it home, reheated it, making it a little tough and ate it. My wife ate some oatmeal! BTW: This was to be a treat for her she just had knee replacement surgery.o
