Met a friend for lunch there and had a great experience. The host cordially greeted and promptly seated us. We each ordered the “3 for Me” deal. The servers (one was in training) did a great job. They were friendly and attentive. The food was great too–I had one of the best burgers and the best fries I have had in quite a while. The price point was great too–continue keeping it competitive. I will gladly pay a couple dollars more for great food and service at Chili’s vs. slightly lower prices for possibly lower quality food or service at other places.

I’d first like to say, the person who took care of us was amazing! She was incredibly sweet, helpful, and was an 11/10! Amazing worker. I’ve been to Chili’s a good amount of times and man… tonight was not it for the food. I got a 6 oz sirloin steak with mash potatoes and corn for the sides. I appreciate them checking to make sure the steak was how I wanted it to be cooked, but when I cut into it, it was RAW. I asked for a medium rare, but I could barely cut through the steak and my friends looked inside it concerned. My server was so kind to bring it back and get another one. She even said she wouldn’t want to eat that when she first saw it. I was brought a second steak, and it cut through how I liked it. Until… I was second half into the steak and it was UNCOOKED AGAIN. I don’t know how someone can mess that up TWICE. I gave up since I didn’t want to seem a bother. But $16 is crazy for paying an uncooked sirloin. Everything else was good but I did kind of lose my appetite because of the sirloin issue. My server was wonderful overall!! Always making sure we were doing okay or if we needed anything.
Looking forward to see some improvement the next time I come around! Hopefully the cooks can actually learn to cook a steak properly. Not sure how you can mess that up let alone two times.

Great service from Riley! We tried the Wicked margaritas and they were tasty. Also tried the chicken crispers and triple dipper, we left full and happy! The manager also checked on us which was nice too.

My wife wanted chillis so we went to this chillis near Ames. I never order steak on chillis I dont like it .but ordered the trio fajitas. My wife order ribs. The food was OK to bad. The service was good considering the place was packed. But it's chillis you know what to spectate.

My family and I had dinner here on a Friday night and it was wonderful. We ordered the witches brew drink and it was a great value. The food came out fast and was fresh.
