Great food only one lazy experience, scrapped the onion off my sandwich but left it in my to go box and I do not like onions and glad I'm not allergic to them, but burger always cooked perfect, crispy fries occasionally too salty for me, and love the difference teas and lemonades

I was very disappointed with my lunch at Chili’s today. I met friends there. We were seated at the booth nearest the door. We complained to the waiter, but he did not offer to move us. He said that he often has to work that section and he does not like working it. Then as we were eating, they opened the door to make a repair and cold air blasted in for at least 20 minutes. At least we were almost done by then, and we moved to the bar. Also, I ordered one of the margaritas which I thought were six dollars according to the paper on the table and I was charged $9.50 for it. And we were also charged for chips and salsa. The waiter asked me if I wanted chips when I arrived as I waited for my friends and I said yes because of course, I thought they were complementary. After complaining, we were comped the chips and salsa. Needless to say, I am very disappointed, and I will not be returning to Chili’s in Ankeny.

I placed a big order for a work event. Renee was extremely helpful with taking my order and making sure everything was perfect.
Food was good. Service was ok. But happy hour prices are only good in the bar. Their website clearly states the happy hour prices, but no mention of only availability in the bar.
