I never ate inside so can’t say much about atmosphere but service is super friendly yet forgetful. Every time I order fried shrimp as my appetizer they either give me shrimp fried rice or nothing at all. Very inconvenient to drive home and back, with a young one, or wait for my full order to be ready instead of it being ready at the initial pick up time. This has happened every time I’ve ordered here. Maybe around 5 to 6 times.

Good food, service is on par with a buffet setting. Temperature in the building is usually a bit warm, but not overly hot. Decently busy during lunch time, and the food seems fresh and hot.

I normally give five stars for everything but I was really disappointed yesterday. They weren't very friendly. They need to turn the steam tables up because a lot of the food was cold. I felt like they must have gotten different Cooks because the flavors were a lot different than they used to be. Hopefully they'll figure it out and fix everything.
