I attempted to get a burrito, but when I came in at 5 p.m today there was no one in line. I stood there waiting as a girl added water to beans several times and didn’t acknowledge me. After about a minute and a half she looks up and only says “we don’t have chicken” no apology or we’re currently out, just we don’t have chicken. This is my last time attempting this location.

We love chipotle, but the store on Delaware Avenue in Ankeny has the worst service. Eight young people were working today and four of them were standing around a table in the back, chatting and talking on the phones with loud music playing. The store is dirty and they are constantly out of something.. We will drive to another chipotle before we go to this one again

Said no sour cream so what did they do, they filled it full of sour cream, and they got sour cream all over the bag and they barely put the burrito together. Go to amigos on ankeny blvd service and food is better and cheaper.

My sister and I walked in and there were only what looked like teenagers working. They were blasting inappropriate music, very loud. Couldn’t even hear myself think. The place looked disgusting, they were out of half the ingredients. Incredibly unprofessional and will not be back. This place should have less than 3.8 stars. We also walked out and did not eat here. Screamed food poisoning.

It's 5:07 pm on a Monday and there aren't any fajita veggies nor is there a single clean place to sit. There are 4 people dining inside and all the other spaces are dirty. I asked the staff to clean a table for me and they seemed mystified by the request.

Not a clean table in the entire place, all trash was over flowing. Wanted to use the restroom. but wouldn’t let my dog go on there. Asked an employee if table could be wiped & she shrugged her shoulders & said “everyone’s busy”. DISGUSTING ! ! ! Finally left & decided to eat in our car
