I was honestly expecting a better atmosphere at the Ankeny location, especially since it's closer to my home than the East Village one. However, the blonde worker with long nails was unprofessional, playing inappropriate music. When she finally took my order, she didn't even mention the long wait time. When I finally received my order, the frosting was mostly to the side, ruining the presentation. I definitely prefer visiting the East Village location on weekdays over this one.( good options but really bad charters working in that location)

Came here on a busy Friday night with my friends. There was one girl working, happy to take everyone’s order despite it being late at night and very busy. On top of that the food was very good! Props to her, lovely experience.

There was one person working when we went and she was absolutely amazing! She greeted us with such care, and was extremely nice. She also killed it because it was a rush (like the whole place was filled) and she handled these orders with professionalism, patience, and care! We appreciate you so so much and thank you for being fantastic at what you do!

When we arrived it was very busy, however the gal working behind the counter was very patient with my child while he was ordering. We come here because my son has a dairy allergy and this is one of the only local place we are guaranteed no cross contamination.

My experience was not as good as the reviews say. The deserts that I got were A+ but the employee that took my order was terrible. She called me “slow” or “stupid” under her breath and thought i didn’t notice. I will not come back because of this. Absolutely un professional and rude. Get better employees.
Didn’t catch her name but she had blond hair and disgustingly long hails that looked grayish purple.

Nice place to visit on a Sunday morning. First time visitor. Two team members were nice and did their best. Cinnamon roll “Old Skool” seemed overly doughy and could have used a bit more time in the oven but was good. For a Sunday morning they didn’t have any hot coffee ready so I finished my ‘bun’ before the coffee arrived which ended up being under temp for coffee but when mentioned they made me a new one. Assuming I just hit it between coffee pots.
Seemed to be a steady a busy morning of happy customers and I will be back next time in town as I like the concept and the menu ideas.
