I love this place! Best bagels in the metro in my opinion. I love how unique the bagel flavor offerings are, and the cream cheeses. The owner is so nice and personable. It’s a true gem! And it is SO affordable!

While in Ankeny a few days ago Pam and I stopped at TJs Bagels/Java Joes and happy we did. My Bagel (shown ) was the Italian in a cheesy jalapeno bagel A nice crispy pickle along with a generous portion of potato chips came with each meal. We ordered two cinnamon bagel bites to go, but were so tasty they never made it out of the parking lot. This was a lucky find, we will for sure be returning with future trips to Ankeny.
