A lot of their cookies are very tasty. After my family and I tried Crumbl once without even knowing if we would like it or not we became obsessed. And now we get cookies almost every week.
I made an order to pickup and when I walked in the door there were 5 employees and not a single one acknowledged me in any way. Not one smile or even eye contact. They were all very busy working and I get that but it only takes a second to acknowledge a customer. The cookies look fantastic and taste amazing. No complaints about the product but I do think the customer experience is not great due to being ignored by the staff.
First time in! Great customer service, I ordered the eggnog tres leches cake & I am already a fan of tres leches cake. I also Took it home, put it in the fridge and didn’t eat it until a few more hours later & it tasted awesome & fresh still. Sad I didn’t get a picture ): but it’s now one of my favs!
