I ordered Mac and Cheese at around 5pm and didn’t notice til I got home that what I received had expired at 8am, which explains why it tasted funny. Also, I pay $1.29 for a cup of cheese sauce that’s only 1/2 full on multiple occasions. Do better. I walked in to pick up my order to see probably 10 people behind the counter, all of whom ignored me until someone emerged from the back to hand me my order. If you have employees who aren’t able to serve customers, keep them in the back. It doesn’t feel good to be ignored

It's good food, but the drive through takes forever, even for just a smoothie/ shake. I've been through a few times and each visit I had to wait 5-10 minutes for my food

Watched 30+ cars in drive though get served while I waited for a single custard. I flagged down delivery person told them I had been a long time, I had a order sticker on my mirror ... Then waited even longer. I think this place is run by teenagers with zero accountability and follow through.
