The food at Culver’s is consistently good—everything on the menu is solid. But what really stands out is the customer service; it’s better than great. I’ve visited multiple times, and the one time there was a minor issue with my order, the staff fixed it immediately without making it feel awkward or stressful. Everyone I’ve spoken to has been incredibly nice and professional. Even when the place looks packed and the line is long, they move through orders so efficiently that the wait is never an issue. It’s easily one of the best-run fast-food spots in the area.

We love Culver's mostly because they offer gluten free buns, but today we found another reason to enjoy Culver's. The Culver's on Delaware in Ankeny has a terrific staff especially a gal named Sheyra. She had to clean up a bathroom issue that was horrible and she did it without a complaint!!! Great EMPLOYEE!!!

11/18/2025 - I decided to try this Culver’s again as it was nearby. Nothing has changed here except some of the workers. I waited 20 mins after I paid in the drive thru. My food came out cold. I took my food inside and they gave me fresh fries, my burger was still cold. They had 1 other customer so not busy at all. Sad that your employees laziness is running your business in the ground.
2/2025 - This Culver's location is a gamble. It is the only Culver's I have visited, where I will be the only car waiting in the drive thru, wait a long time for the food to come out, and the food is cold. Happened on multiple occasions weeks and months apart. Gross. Do better!

Charging extra for crappy prepackaged ranch is wild. Otherwise this is a pretty good spot.

I just went and ordered a double Wisconsin Swiss melt with regular buns &’ they gave me the burger without BUNS !!! I went back and asked them to re-do the order FRESH &’ they DIDNT WANT TO DO IT FRESH !! They only put the buns on the burger and gave me a new order or cheese curds and send me on the way . Gave me 2 chips for a scoop of Ice cream but that doesn’t compensate for my food being cold after I asked them to do it fresh &’ wasting my gas twice and them saying that is all they could do 😡 Culver’s needs to do better and do what the customer is paying for !
