This time I visited the one in Ankeny, they took a while to serve me, and when they gave me the order it was not what I ordered, I had to wait again for them to prepare the correct order.

I feel this should and could be 10 stars all across the board. However, I don't believe they have a big enough place nor enough workers to adequately serve you quicker. The food is sooo delicious!! Because of this, they are always so busy with so many people and orders that you can almost count on spending more time waiting in line to get your order than you would like.
