I’ve been here several times in the past. Today I tried to order a blizzard and waited 15-20 minutes with only one car in front of me. I think they are severely understaffed. Don’t come here unless you have plenty of time to kill.

I’m not sure they have swept or mopped since the Reagan era. Don’t bother ordering through the mobile app because they won’t make it until you get there. No one is ever in a good mood and they act like you’ve inconvenienced them by showing up. Dirty and disgusting
They took 20 minutes to make my food. I ordered inside. Huge mistake.
Edit: I tried them again. They took 2 hours to make the food, and then i got a refund and left without any food. It was only 2 meals and 2 blizzards.

A young male teenager made our blizzards and my son and I were pleasantly happy and surprised that there was candy throughout the whole blizzard as usually when you get to the middle of your blizzard you just have vanilla ice cream. Thrilled to see that someone can mix a blizzard properly so great job!
Parking: I do like that the parking spots are close to the building so you don't have to walk very far.
Young lady at the window today 10/12/24 at around 6:30 pm - 6:45 pm was completely frustrated and flustered when attending to us. Unfortunately she just had a really bad attitude. I handed over my gift card and she didn't know how to process it, even though last time I a different employee had no issues with it. So that means I had to pay out of pocket. If you can not handle being busy, and not getting visibly overwhelmed in front of customers then maybe it's time to find a different job. Probably won't be back anymore. If anything she should have given us the ice cream for free or given us a discount.
Edit: Don't be sorry. I rather you just retrain your employee or adapt a better hiring process.

My peanut butter parfait was messy because they overfilled with ice cream and couldn't get the hot fudge in it without it spilling over the cups rim.

The woman in front was a sweetheart. Whoever cooked the meal stunk at it. Hamburger was so overcooked it was almost crunchy. The drink gave m the sense something was cleaned with bleach. Hamburger-2 bites, drink -1 sip. Ice cream and fries great and fully ate. Still not worth over $17. The dipped cones and fries are probably worth $6?
