Poor service, I had to repeat myself four times poor listening skills. I waited 20 minutes, and never received my breakfast sandwich. They seem to be only able to do one thing at a time.

I love going there I come everyday the manager is the sweetest lady she always asks about our day and makes us feel welcome (honestly half the time I go is to see them) the coffee is always made with love and the community

Does management even care about this Dunkin?? It was our first time visiting today. Ordered 2 coffees, a donut and a plain bagel.
The coffees were two of the worst coffees we've ever had. We had to go home and add additional cream and sugar to make it somewhat edible. Beyond that, they forgot my bagel and I had to remind them of it.
I came home to read the reviews and it seems my experience is a common occurrence at this shop. Clearly management does not care. Most likely makes their revenue from first-time unsuspecting randoms (like myself) rather than repeat customers.
I won't be returning to this Dunkin. God only knows if management will ever make any meaningful improvements. I won't bother visiting again to find out.
But the dining room was clean.

Went to dunkin to get coffee. As a busy mom it’s a necessity for the day. Was my first trip here and did not see a single adult on premise. It was 9am and was served coffee by a child w no milk or sugar and they completely forgot the food item I ordered until asked. You can not leave teens unattended and expect them to do a good job. Someone needs to step up here

everytime she works the window i always give her a tip ! she is such a joy to see and she reads off my order nd gets my coffee out fast to me not to mention the fact i noticed sheputs napkins with my donuts and always folds my bag so nice and neat. love that girl malissa !
