Just went through the drive through and ordered an almond milk hot chocolate. When I ordered, the lady seemed incredibly confused but I thought nothing of it until I got the drink. The drink was not even hot to the point a hot cocoa should be and there was no chocolate in it. It was just steamed almond milk. Will never go again. Absolutely ridiculous and a waste of money.Dietary restrictions: I need milk alternatives

This place needs new management! They are the slowest that I have ever seen. It took me 15 minutes in the drive-thru today around 10:30 AM with only 3 cars in front of me. And, once you get in the drive up lane, there is no way to exit if you are in a hurry! This has happened multiple times to me.

I ordered avocado toast from this location and was disappointed when I opened it to find an end piece of toast the size of my palm. I’ve ordered this toast many other times and have never gotten that small of slice. Upset as it was nearly $5.

PSA: Do NOT go to this location.30 minutes in the drive-thru. Started with "you want a chocolate donut WITH chocolate milk?! Umm..okay." Literally had to hand the receipt BACK to the woman because she attempted to give us two other orders that weren't ours. A grubhub employee ended up just leaving from inside emptyhanded. I'm not sure what's going on with the Ankeny Dunkin but this has been at least two times now where there has been terrible customer service. Not the best way to start someone's day and not the best way for Dunkin to attempt to keep customers. Wow. Could hardly believe this but reading the reviews, clearly something isn't changing with this location or with Dunkin.

I was very disappointed in the items I received- ordered a hot coffee (it was lukewarm and had to microwave it). Hash browns were cold and SOGGY (and falling apart- I had to eat them with a fork).The chorizo egg wrap was good, but also LUKEWARM, and had to reheat in the microwave.My daughter got an egg sandwich and double chocolate donut- no issues.I spent almost $25 for breakfast for 2 and still had to prep my food and coffee before I could even consume it. I feel like I was ripped off and overall this experience left a bad taste in my mouth and will likely not return.Sadly, DD has been a staple in our family- we used to live in the New England area, where DD has always been a fave-unfortunately, young kids who don’t care about the way food/drinks go out to customers, DD has lost my business.

Went two days in a row… no donuts, not even one. Dunkin’ is going downhill fast. If they sell out (doubtful) in a couple of hours then I guess they should be making more. Not sure why this place is open anymore

I love love love love love DUNKIN!!! By far way better than Starbucks, and it's seconds away from my house! I love the manager of the Ankeny location! She's always there and is always so friendly! I will forever be a Dunkin girl!!
