I've been a few times and the food has always been great but they seem to have some issues with training their hostesses as well as overall organization. The last time I went was to celebrate my mom's bday. The 2 girls at the door were very young and were literally all over the place clearly not having a handle on what they should be doing. Sat 15 min waiting for a table but saw empty tables the entire time I waited. They definitely need to utilize the table bussers...
Definitely a must try place if your in the area! We stopped in after visiting family for the holidays and absolutely loved the atmosphere, the staff, and the food! 10 out of 10 in my book! But get there early! You definitely will become an early bird for them!
