My family and I enjoyed our breakfast here on a Saturday morning. The service was friendly and efficient. The food was wonderful and had great flavor. I ordered the lemon blueberry pancakes and they were delicious! Probably the fluffiest pancakes I’ve ever had. We will be back!

Wanted to try something different than normal. My wife wanted pancakes. Found this listed, so we went in to try. Honestly, I had no idea this place was even here before today. I won't forget now! Wow!! I really enjoyed the atmosphere. It was quiet, even though there were a good number of people there. It was like a home on the farm with the chairs and tables they had. It was very clean and well kept as well. The servers were very friendly and nice. Our server was so nice and sweet, I almost asked if we could adopt her! She gave us attention without bothering us, which is a delicate balance and hard for a lot of servers to get the knack of. I think it comes from her gentle personality! When our food arrived, I was amazed! There was a lot of food for a low price!! It was piping hot too!! Hashbrowns must be hand made fresh with real potato's. The were delicious! The eggs were done better than any I have ever had. The sausage patties were bigger than most burgers you find! The pancakes my wife had were as big as the plate and three quarters of an inch thick, each! They were fluffy and delicious! The middle was made like a cinnamon roll baked right into the pancake! She had a side of hashbrowns. I bet there was a pound of hasbrowns on the plate! All that food, great, friendly service, clean, peaceful atmosphere all for less than most other breakfast resturaunts. I will be telling people all about this place. I liked it so much, I took the time to do a review for them. Never liked a place enough to do that before!

Sunday morning breakfast with a friend and loved the atmosphere and the food was amazing! But it’s the owners that are truly customer service oriented and more than compensated for a little blip I had. They really care about their customers.

Our first time dining here was a great experience! Staff was incredibly friendly, food was prepared and delivered in a timely manner. Would recommend the blueberry lemon pancakes or fried chicken skillet (made with real red potatoes, not hashbrowns). We’ll definitely be back!

Our visit to Eggs Bistro was very pleasant. The food tasted amazing, and our waitress was awesome. I would highly recommend it if you are looking for a good place for breakfast or brunch.
