Very friendly folks in here. Food served was fresh and hot! While waiting, i had the opportunity to fill my drink with the coke machine and get exactly what I wanted. While waiting for my fresh hot food, I needed to use the restroom and can I just say, (I can and will), this was the absolute CLEANEST restroom I have ever been in for a restaurant. It even smelled clean! After what I can only imagine was a killer busy Monday lunch crowd. I mean I was there at 4:15pm but the store itself was clean and neat and did I mention, the cleanest bathroom I’ve ever been in? LOL. If you notice in my photo attached, you will see store staff cleaning at the main entrance! For the staff to take that kind of pride in where they work is refreshing! Thank You Five Guys!

Stopped in at the Ankeny Five Guys today and had another great experience! The place was busy, but the team had everything under control and kept things moving smoothly. Service was top-notch and the food was delicious, as always.
I especially want to give a shoutout to Jarvis who greeted us & took our order. He was absolutely pleasant, professional, and such a joy to interact with—it honestly made our whole afternoon. Five Guys is always good, but it’s people like Jarvis who make it a place you want to keep coming back to. Antonio was also helpful and friendly. Great team!!!

We typically go here every 3 months or so. Usually a good experience. Went last night and the place seemed to be falling apart.
While we were there, I believe they filled 6 orders. Each and every one of them was wrong in some way - one order was totally lost, one they forgot the shake on, ..., and my burger had the wrong toppings. Also, the fries (which is really the reason anyone goes, right?) were soggy.
We'll go again, but if we ever have another experience like this, we're done at this location forever. BTW, I gave 2 stars because of past good results. If I had done it for yesterday only, I would have liked to give 0 stars...

Way too much for low quality hamburgers. Nobody cares that you throw extra fries in. 2 sandwiches and fries for 40 bucks? Literally any other fast food restaurant is better than this.

Very delicious high prices burger and fries. You get what you pay for. Come hungry, you won’t leave disappointed.
I order the regular burger, double patties, side of fries and a hot sauce. They overload the fries and give you your money’s worth. Burger is made fresh so expect it to be juicy and delicious.
