Great food and service! We ordered the chips trio appetizer. I got the quesa birria tacos and my wife got the quesadilla which she says is the best she's had! The kids also loved the Mac and cheese. It helps that it wasn't just the box brand! We will definitely be back!

We are from out of town so it was our first meal here. Delicious! Our server was genuinely happy to serve us. The food was fresh, delicious, and unique. Portions are generous and 6 out of 7 of us had enough leftover that we will have it for dinner. The chips were unique and yummy, and I enjoyed the guacamole. I had the tequila chicken bowl, and I would get it again.

My bride hired Flame to be the food truck at her wedding, and I was blown away! The food was excellent (the homemade chips & guac were amazing!!), they were very timely & efficient, and overall provided great service. I’m sure their brick & mortar locations are just as good. I would definitely recommend having their food truck at your next event!

The Chipotle Honey Shrimp bowl tasted more sweet than spicy 🤔 I had to drench it in salsa to eat it and the rice for it tastes like boil in a bag. My husband liked his burrito, it was just a bit salty. I would give them another try with different menu items!

We used Flame Cantina as one of our food trucks for our wedding rehearsal dinner at Jasper Winery in Des Moines. The food was fantastic, and the service was excellent. The entire planning process with Kellie was smooth and professional. Many of our guests commented on how delicious the food was, and having the food truck added a fun element to the evening. We are so glad we chose them for our event.
