Horrible service, got my order wrong( ordered two big cheeseburgers and gave me two ham and cheeses) what's worse is the ham and cheeses were soggy from the cheese and was everywhere and inedible. sprite had no syrup on it. Pretty much handed the food to me and waved me off and said nothing

I went around 12:30 pm, so they were a bit busy, but they provided me quick and efficient service which I appreciate. The store was clean and not loud at all, which I also like. I got my food and my drink quickly, and it was warm and met my expectations, so it was all around good.

The drive thru cashier was rude didn't even thank us. We didn't get a receipt. We ordered meals got small drinks and toys when we stayed medium. Granted the toys were warm but I'd say that's the only thing besides the strawberry lemonade. We will not be returning to this location.

So this is a better review than the last one I made at Burger King in ankeny!!!! me and my family went to Burger King today ames spent almost 53$$$ and waited 30 minutes just to be given half the wrong order and have fresh fries, half cold fries!!!! I got a refund from Burger King today which I’m still waiting to post back to me and my family ended up going to Hardee’s and got our food in eight minutes as a family of five during lunch rush with smiles on their face’s and with a friendly atmosphere and a clean dining room Y’all are doing the thing Hardee’s!!!!
Dietary restrictions: I’m a little bit gluten intolerant so I can do sourdough and they have the option!!!!

I’m not eating dinner if my wife’s not eating dinner. We were shorted a whole meal in the drive thru and didn’t notice until I got home with it. Took the meal back to them that they did include and left it. $12 down the drain and we still need to find somewhere to get dinner
Reply to owner- what makes you think I want to do a survey with a bot? Actually reach out with a human or offer a refund of the money I paid for the food I didn’t eat if you want to actually fix the problem.
