I just spent 30 minutes in line at the ankeny location ,with only 5 cars ahead of me . I was stuck in line so I had no choice . I ask the girl if they were short handed and her a response was kinda and not friendly either. I’m not sure what was going on , but it was ridiculous. I think they need new management.

Waited very patiently for about 10-15 minutes standing at the counter before anybody said anything to me. I completely understand the busy morning hours and their drive through was packed. When they finally came to take my order- the lady was irritated that I did not hear her properly and that I asked if they took apple pay? She insisted there was something wrong on my end and when I said I usually don’t have any troubles- she slightly threw her hands up at me as I told her to just breathe- I was not upset. I apologize if i had upset her i had no intention whatsoever to irritate her, I was just wanted my breakfast burrito.

It was pretty nice in here but we just had an unpleasant interaction with one of the workers. She may have just been stressed but the hostility wasn’t needed when we were very calm and understanding

Been awhile since been here. Didnt get order right and took forever to get it. Not like it was when Robin was a manager here. Robin made you feel welcome and would come around to make sure food was correct as well if any problems with it. Now unsure if will get correct food when you order. Seems like service and how long it takes to get the food Been getting worse since Robin left. At least quality of the food is still good.
